I had a great experience at this Subway! Simran was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She prepared my order with care, made sure everything was just right, and provided excellent customer service throughout. It's always nice to be served by someone who genuinely has a positive attitude and makes customers feel valued. Thank you, Simran, for the wonderful service—I’ll definitely be coming back!
The lady behind the counter was pleasant but very light on with the fillings and didn't spread them out much. I was the only one at the counter at the time too nnPretty disappointing that even the super cheap stuff carrot and onion were sparse.nnThis was an original chicken fillet with hot salami, tasty cheese, carrot, onion, spinach, jalapenos and pickles with Southwest sauce not toasted for reference.
People are always friendly & kind. Food can be great but can also be ok. Food areas have always been clean & floors are usually clean but can be a-bit messy due to tradies nothing a broom can’t fix! Have been coming here for year without issue.
Charged me $13.60 for a six inch basic chicken and salad sub with no cheese but I did get beetroot. That's not just steep thats freekin vertical!nI shouldn't have paid it and just walked away.nMay I suggest unless you are rich make one at home.Also isnt there a toxic ingredient Subway use in their bread that they use in shoe manufacturing?Got me worried which is why I very rarely get Subway.
As an Uber Eats driver, I regularly deal with different restaurants, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Subway Kilmore.nnI picked up multiple orders and was given incorrect information by staff, which led to delivery issues and affected my rating. On top of that, the attitude was rude and uncooperative instead of helpful.nnMistakes can happen, but poor communication and behavior make it much harder for drivers to do their job properly. This not only impacts drivers but also customers waiting for their food.nnI hope management seriously looks into staff training and order accuracy.
