I'm a repeat customer and I've never had a problem with their food or service. Their delivery service is also very cheap and quick! They don't get 5 stars from me because their food could be healthier/include more healthy options.

Good pizzas but overcharged a didn't refund. Don't usually do this but you need to be aware. We ordered the 3 large for $33 and on pickup my partner said she was charged $40. When i called them back the man in charge at first said it was from the deluxe range, apparently they charge more for this - but not listed on the website like this. Anyway, Hawaiian, monaro and capricciosa are from their standard "traditional" range. He admitted the mistake and promised to make a note of it and deduct the $7 next time, which we agreed to - stupidly. On calling 2 weeks later to place another order he said he didnt remember the incident. After some discussion he said ok i will give you the order for $30. I said you owe us $7 off the order as discussed. After him hanging up on us, i called back to give him the original date this happened. By this time he had found the notes on the incident but i was over it by now. I asked him to forget the $7 and we cancelled the order, never to buy from him again. He had the gaul to ask if i wanted to place another order! It's not about the money. It's about customer service. If you've made a mistake, especially as a business - you fix it. It's not your customer's issue to fix it, if you've overcharged them and taken money from them.
