Is there a zero or negative zero food rating?nHonestly, who’s running the show at Kilmore Macca’s? I used to drive-thru weekly but have basically stopped being a customer. Had a momentary lapse of reason today and ordered blueberry banana bread and got this burnt offering Luckily the coffee is still good.
Ordered here for dinner tonight and the big mac had no sauce, no onion, no pickles and no lettuce. I was the only person in the drivethrough so I don't think this was a mix up with someone elses order. This restraunt regularly stuffs up orders, most commonly forgetting to put the sauce in the bag but ranging up to missing or incorrect ingredients.
The last two weeks and for many months the chocolate Softserve machine isn’t working. It’s really frustrating when you have children that want ice cream and don’t like vanilla.nThis has Been happening for months and months You would think it would be fixed by now.nIn summertime they blamed not having chocolate ice cream because the machine would get too hot and they couldn’t use it. What’s the excuse now? It’s freezing cold and the ice cream machine still doesn’t work.
I had been travelling for awhile and needed to stop before next 2.5 hours the female toilets where feral and felt like a health hazard and I even seen another customer complained about it also.nMakes you wonder if the facilities can be like that what's everything else like.nI was going to sit in store to have a break from the car but my car is cleaner then this place.
Sorry, I'm not going to lie, but this particular branch has gone downhill over the past couple of years. The food is quite often cold, badly presented, and often missing items. I'm sure they try hard, however I'm not going to bother going back again
