This lady is a star and I re-enforce this is there very best suvalaki I have basically ever had. It was made with pride and you can taste it. visited this place driving to Heathcote, I had no expectations not being here before. I did read some reviews though. The shop looked busy, the person that served me was very polite and on BALL. It was the most beautiful suvalaki I have had in a very long time. It's was hot and fresh and crunchy and cooked and wrapped with pride. Cooked to perfection! I had to pull over to eat it. I nearly had an accident it was so good. I will definitely be back. #LetsGuide
Pizza was nice BUT waiting 90 minutes for delivery for 1 pizza and it was warm when only live a stones throw away
Well by far the best pizza and fish and chips locally. The place is so clean, people lovely and polite. Tried a bit of both..the Aussie pizza was tasty and a good amount of topic. Butter fish soft and tasty.....will definitely be back

It was a busy night I was there. Quite good prices for pizza and quite good menu range . Not into Pizza . Grab yourself some fish and chips. Both styles of food seem to work well in the same shop. I was only just driving through. But worth thinking about as an option especially if you can't agree.
Service has always been a bit average but tonight drove the last nail into their coffin for me. Was told my pizza would be 30 - 40 minutes. No problem with that. However, an hour and 20 minutes later and it had still not even been made. Yet many others had come and gone. Did they apologise or try to rectify the situation? No. Did they care? It appeared not. We'll never be returning.
For 6 years my son and I have spent every Friday night watching a movie with Fish and Chips from Papa Jim's. It is our special night in a busy week. They have provided delicious grilled grenadier and crispy chips to accompany a great night in at the movies. I Highly recommended Papa Jim's. The quality is second to none and the service is so friendly. Enjoy!
Never answer phones, have tried to call on numerous nights to order delivery. Can never get through. So won’t be trying anymore. Used to order from here all the time but it’s getting ridiculous trying to phone through any orders anymore.
I feel unhappy leaving this review. I have just moved to Kilmore and enjoyed some good pizza from this place more so at the start of year and a couple good ones onwards however... the quality began to change. .. the order we placed was missing ingredients, quite lacking in flavour, clearly the quality of produce has dropped but worst of all has sent us rushing to the bathroom a number of times. I dont know who was making the pizza friday night past but whoever did, made it identical to the bad ones we have had. This place can no longer compete with pizza from Melbs if it doesnt improve on its quality... which it has had in the past.
Best pizza I've had in a decade. And cheap too!!
