the renovation adds a new layer of class that Subway needed to bring it self up to scratch. its so amazing how i start my order from the other end of the counter now, wow amazing! Tasty but not much in that wrap at all!
I've been coming here regularly for a few years, as its close to my works. But in the recent months I've noticed a dramatic difference in both customer service and food quality with new staff / management. Staff aren't as happy and welcoming, food meat is often cold as the previous staff used to microwave the steak/chicken and toast the bread separately. Now the new staff just throw the cold meat on top of the bread and put it in the bread toaster to save time i am assuming.nI've often had to reheat the chicken when I get back to my work site. If this type of service keeps occurring, you'll have one less frequent customer. I come in 1-2 days per week.nOften I've seen chicken meat be placed on the bench, were the next customers bread will end up too. Staff needs to be trained on cross contamination and food safety.
Since the refurbishment the quality has increased dramatically. Prompt, quick, efficient and friendly staff, super clean store with a clean service area. A vast improvement, will be back again.
first of all, no gloves and when i opened my sub it was all apart and ripped apart god knows why. and when they were making it they put like nothing on and the food isnt fresh. wow disappointing
