The manager's attitude was very bad. I was called to pick up the food, and then I was just reminded that my ice cream was not available. I was taught more than once to be patient. He did not teach other white people, but simply taught me, an Asian. It was naked racism. And the food was super small, not comparable to other McDonald's ice cream. The attitude and service quality of this manager are a disgrace to McDonald's.
Stopped at Colac maccas for a quick pit stop, they were crazy busy and expected a bit of a wait. Coffee was good as always but bacon n egg muffin was average. Muffin hard around the edges and hash brown was over oily. All about what you expect from maccas though.
Decided I’d go to Maccas for a bite with my friends, as we entered we had a worker look at us weirdly and rolled his eyes, we continued ordering and as he finish making the order he throws it on the counter. I ordered cheese sticks they were very cold, there fries were cold and soggy, the toilets where gross especially the girls toilets. This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever entered wouldn’t recommend. Staff should be more friendly too.
Well welcome to colac McDonald’s I hope like anything you don’t get served by a person named Paula as she would have to be the rudest person I have ever been served by in customer service. Probably should try another shop to grab your coffee unless you like to be treated like a criminal. Wish you all the best on customer service here.
If finishing sunset at 12 Apostle and way to Melbourne, this is the only restaurant you can visit untime and it is one hour from 12 Apostle. Very nice location and neat
