Did Maccas changed their Mc Flurry to Mc Fly?!nWe went to Maccas in Colac to grab a take away order for my 10 year old son of which consisted also an Oreo McFlurry. While he was eating the Oreo McFlurry he realized he had something weird in his mouth so I quickly grabbed a tissue for him to spit it out. It was a huge dead fly covered in Oreo’s. IT WAS HORRIBLE!nI telephoned the Maccas in Colac and spoke to one of the employees named Brad who said he couldn’t hear me clearly and gave me an email to forward the complaint. I sent an email to the email address he gave but it wasn’t a correct one so I had to telephone back and he gave me another email. The email went through this time.nThat happened on the 6th of January. It’s the 15th of January today and I have yet to receive any reply to my email.nMy son is traumatized from this horrible incident and we have not visited any Maccas since then.nBut why should we?
The manager's attitude was very bad. I was called to pick up the food, and then I was just reminded that my ice cream was not available. I was taught more than once to be patient. He did not teach other white people, but simply taught me, an Asian. It was naked racism. And the food was super small, not comparable to other McDonald's ice cream. The attitude and service quality of this manager are a disgrace to McDonald's.
Efficient staff prompt service.nnThe place was clean too. The young lady behind the counter was polite.
Stopped at Colac maccas for a quick pit stop, they were crazy busy and expected a bit of a wait. Coffee was good as always but bacon n egg muffin was average. Muffin hard around the edges and hash brown was over oily. All about what you expect from maccas though.
Food is way below average. Chips are cold & burgers are just disappointing. I stopped ordering food here the second time it was served to me in poor quality. I then thought it would be safer to order drinks/beverages but even the chocolate thick shakes are ridiculous! No sight of chocolate in it but more like a boring vanilla shake. I even paid extra for chocolate which they charged me extra as chocolate saucenNot sure exactly how this place always seems busy. The food is kaka, I feel bad for the staff who have to work there & most likely cop a lot crap from unhappy customers!
