This McDonald’s location provides a key service to the local community. It also serves as a rest point for tourists traveling between cities across Victoria.nnI didn’t get an opportunity to order food however the staff were run off their feet trying to keep up with both drive through and in store customers.
We called in for lunch on February 14th.It was very busy.nThe place was an absolute disgrace. Every table had rubbish on it. The bins were overflowing.There was facies on the floor in the disabled toilet. NO TOILET PAPER in the ladies toilet.Chips being walked into the floor in the cooking area.The staff needed to close the store for fifteen minutes to get the place back in order but I suspect that the staff on duty that day had no authority to make such a radical decision. Keep those burger flowing - keep making me MONEY!!! What a disgrace. We left and went over the road to KFC. They had a staff member going around wiping tables and sweeping the floor.
After 5 years of wrong orders, food not received etc and 9/10 dealing with workers that obviously do NOT want to be there, I called calmly to make a complaint and find out what happened what had happened with our order, in hopes that maybe they could rectify or chat with the workers about paying more attention to the orders they send out... Well the reception i received from what I can only assume was a male manager was absolutely disgusting and im in actual shock that i was spoken to so poorly confused and to be honest pretty upset because this pathetic excuse for a manager hung up on me because i said to my partner that i didn't like or understand why he was making this into an argument!nSpeaking to customers like you're gods gift and they're nothing! Not professional or manager material at all and i now understand why the junior staff are miserable.....nnUnfortunately due to your lack of customer service skills and how disgracefully you treated us, I am taking this further....
Honestly this will probably be the best maccas you ever go to. Out of sheer desperation I had to get a maccas matcha and it wasn’t the worst, but also not the best. This store at least adds a decent amount of matcha compared to other stores. However, the matcha mix they use has far too much added sugar, so you can’t adjust how sweet it is. if the sugar was half, it would have been decent. Other than that this store seems to hire adults rather than 16 year olds so the service tends to be better overall, the staff don’t seem to hate their lives and they generally don't forget items or mess up orders. Considering there isn’t much in town, and a lot of places close over the holidays, you can at least have a reasonable experience.
Ordered 2 chicken burgers and somehow got 4 fries instead. Completely wrong order. Drive-thru was chaos with a huge queue, so I couldn’t go back because I had somewhere to be. No excuse for not checking orders properly. Absolute waste of money and time. Won’t be rushing back.
