They were out of a few things and called everyone up individually by their order number to make them change the things they wanted. Took ages. And when we opened our bag we had smashed potato, yes smashed, that we didn't order. Looks like they took their frustration out on it
I went in the washroom there was no hand wash. I asked two staff standing outside the bathroom to get the soap they laughed off and said we will get in a minute. After 2 minites i went out and the disabled bathroom was locked. No one came out for about 5 minutes. Then the young Chinese looking young boy came out and I asked and he said manager will get for you. After 45 seconds the other white girl in her teensor so came out from the same bathroom. Went into the kitchen without washing hands and both started serving customers.nnThis was between 18:12 to 18:20.nnEven after they went in the kitchen no one came to refill the soap :nnFrustratingly they held the disabled bathroom for 5 minutes for whatever they did in there and I had to wait before I could go in and clean my hands and start eating the already cold chicken.nnNow I don't have any problem with two lovers making love but I do have a problem eating chicken with dirty hands and full bins.nnThe manager was possibly sleeping. May be this is ok in this KFC but every customer deserves respect and to clean hands after using the washroom.
Foods alright : sometimes really good sometimes just okaybit greasy/undercooked chips with out crunch but often when i get coleslaw they dont give me the cutlery packet, so either have to double back and feel annoying asking for it or find one else where wich is a bit inconvenient and i like the kfc cutlery thing cause they have the little moist towlette and with out that have to go find somewhere to wash my hands after eating i dont wanna make my car all greasy! Pleasant staff but yeah i need ma fork plz!

We arrived after 9 pm that night. The staff were still very welcoming, and the fried chicken was very fresh.
