The tables and floors were an absolute disgrace, from the moment we arrived , left 32 mins later and nothing was cleaned.we hasmd to clean our own table down or we would have had nowhere to sit. To management if you care, we will never return to your filthy restaurant, I can only imagine how dirty your kitchen is .every staff member observed the tables being dirty infact they all took turns looking over the high counter top to see it they knew about it but nothing was done in our time being here, I suggest a training refreshment on cleaning and cleanliness should be done as no one took responsibility to clean I up they just laughed check the security footage to verify it
The young man who took our order on drive through was fantastic and is the only reason I gave 2 stars.nnEverytime we call past rarely we have a bad experience and it reminds us why we hardly stop here. How does a fast food restaurant that sells chicken not have that chicken cooked and ready? And it's not the first time this has happened. Kitchen area was filthy bins over flowing and staff standing around doing not much of anything.
We got our order of chips & popcorn chicken in Go buckets.nChips were on the soft side, not fresh & popcorn chicken was dry & also not fresh.nWent back in to return it for fresh, hot food.nStaff were helpful & apologetic & graciously replaced our order.nFresher & hot 2nd time round.nFor the sake of saving money, it'd b good to see customers being given wot they advertise...great value food that is fresh
Bought the family hot and spicenTo sum up... I pick chicken of the bone and I'm so thankful that I do. My partner and I were extensively sadden to note that the chicken was half cooked and bloody still around the bone bland tastelees with half cooked batter .. the coleslaw was a bucket of mushy water..standards have slipped unfortunately..nTotal waste of money and spent the evening very close to the bathroom
Lady who served us was amazing but had a 40 minute wait for our meal to be made. Didn’t get nuggets we ordered and the two staff organised food were happily chatting away whilst they had food to put away. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to wait for your food that you don’t even receive
