I sent the kids with tuckshop money but the tuckshop was closed. Have these guys a call and got the most helpful young lady on the phone, when I told her my problem she worked out a way to help. Love when people think outside the box to get things done. Subway is Subway but customer service is personal and these guys were great!

Have worked near this Subway for over a year and a half, and go to subway often. I went here consistently for about 6months and constantly got ripped off with salads, servings, and portions because the staff act like its taken out of their own paycheck. Not to mention the customer service in this store is excuse my lack of better words but truly disgusting. Not once have I seen a worker in here genuinely smiling or trying to; at the very least, although staff are more than happy having irrelevant personal conversations to each other in front of the customer. This store pissed me off so much over 6months I was happier to DRIVE to the one at Buranda because they are cheaper in price (subways are franchises) and actually know what customer service is. Unfortunately for me Buranda has closed down / relocated so Im left to come back here again and 6 months on and nothing has changed to date. Salads also don't look fresh often, toaster and drink machine are almost always a problem. Sorry the list could go on but safe to say this Subway is gross and needs serious direction or training from higher management.

What an experience. My life changed the day I graced the sweet scents of Subway Stones Corner. The staff were brilliant, attractive, swift and sexy. My sweet baby Jesus of Nazareth, the food was simply scintillating. Have you ever had the Seafood Sensation with Tuna, toasted and topped off with a smooth lather of Marinara sauce? Well you have not lived my fellow internet homie. Head on down to Stones Corner for a once in a lifetime sandwich that will have you feeling - and looking - like an absolute legend.

I'm a real authority on Subway after managing stores for 5 years; After reading reviews, I didn't go here the first time. But the second time I was in the area, I decided to give them a go. From my experience the poor reviews are warranted. When I walked in I was greeted with a death stare (probably because the server was in the middle of making food for herself and I was THAT guy) Anyway, just from her body language and lack of enthusiasm I felt like my presence was a burden. She was noticeably more eager and happy at the till like she couldn't wait to get rid of me and get back to her food. That being said, the service was fast, the sub was made to standard portions and it tasted like how you would expect. Thank god Subway as a brand does such a good job at making their product consistent throughout stores. Really the only bad thing I experienced from this store was the attitude of the staff, Everything else seemed on point. So if you want Subway that tastes like it should and don't care about how you get treated, then go here. If you are a snowflake that is going to give a 1 star review because of a single fault and your feelings got hurt because the staff hate their job, then go elsewhere.
