Subway Restaurant experience was fantastic where the service is top-notch! Sedra, the lovely girl who assisted us, was incredibly polite, always wearing a smile. Her service made the experience truly great!
This is a negative 1 star wish that was possible. We've gotten our food from this particular subway a handful of times over the past couple of years, not by choice. It's the one doordash uses for where my house is located and the one that the app defaults to no matter where you are in the greater area for even picking it up, and we didn't catch it. EVERY TIME, not some of the time, but every single time at this store, our order is wrong. For instance, last night, we ordered through doordash it's been over a year since trying to get food at this store, so we were hopeful it had gotten better. We ordered 4 footlongs and 2 sets of cookies. Straight away noticed there were no cookies in the bag. Because it through doordash, you can get that refunded, and they did, but you cannot get the missing food. Fine but not fine, and strike one. 2 of the 4 sandwiches were on the wrong bread... 2 of the sandwiches had salad things they weren't meant to like olives - you either like olives or you really don't, and we don't, but missing things they should've had; the wrong sauce on it, etc. If you like your food the way you ordered it, don't go to this store!!!
Horrible customer service. Staff have terrible attitudes. They throw the food on. Make no effort to spread out the ingredients. Bread is stale etc. Raised these issues with management a while back rather than a public forum and they didn’t seem to care. Business must be booming..nnHad this experience multiple times now. Won’t be coming back.nnOn a side note. Bit embarrassing reading all the fake reviews to try and boost their rating. Instead of taking the time to write fake 5 stars reviews you could perhaps train your staff? Just a thought
Twice it happened. I went to this branch and something they ran out of. Last time, after 8 p.m., they ran out of Thousand Island sauce, lettuce, and cucumber.nnIt's amazing how this restaurant has degraded over a short period of time.
I had to reassemble my very messy sandwich at home. Chicken schnitzel wasn’t microwaved before hand and thrown into the middle of the bread. So when it was folded all of the bread ripped. Gloves weren’t changed between touching my sandwich, the POS then back to my sandwich. Very less than idea. It’s as if all this persons the training went out the window.
