The worst MacDonalds in Springfield Lakes. Bad customer service, nuggets and fries are stale with dark burnt particles in it. Not very good hygiene standards. Reached out to Management was told it was ok to consume. And was told to go online and get a refund as she did not want to deal with the problem. Not coming back to this Macdonalds again!
When ordering via uber we always have an item or 2 missing, very cold food even when we paid for faster service. The management team need to look at how they are training there staff.. this isn’t a one off.. happens most of the time… how hard is it to train your staff to check the bag before sending it away!!! Do better.
Appalling quality. Overcooked, no attention to detail. This was a waste of money and such a disappointment. Sunday late afternoon.
I ordered a maccas bundle for 2 & the cheeseburgers that came with it had mayonnaise & a tomato on both of the burgers which I didn’t order, I didn’t receive both of the medium fries I ordered neither with the two straws for the drinks, the only normal thing I got out of all of it was the quarter pounder & the Big Mac .
Had a late dinner on 25th August around 8pm, we ordered via kiosk, foods came pretty quick & lovely staff members. Wonderful customer service! Restaurant Manager should compliment them all free meals!nFresh, hot, and delicious! The meat and sauces are perfectly prepared~nClean restaurant, unlike other M stores.nThank you and keep up the good works!
