We waited 40+ minutes on breakfast they had to ask us 2 times what we had ordered while sitting in waiting bays. When we finally got our food they had forgotten our drinks I checked the bag cause I wasn’t really trustworthy and none of the big brekkie wraps we ordered had hash browns on them we asked the girl where they were and she said they were in the bag but we were referring to no hash browns being on the wraps so we asked again and she asked through her headset and got told that they didn’t come with them.
Had the worst Hungry Jacks experience twice in 2 days. Ordered the kitkat storm and received a 3/4 amount and the ice cream was not properly filled in the cup. There a hole down the middle making it seem as if it was completely filled but it was not. There was hardly any any chocolate sauce and the service took ages. The worst experience ever and never buying from hungry jacks again
I don’t tend to like writing bad reviews but the customer service needs to be addressed. We ordered a menulog and waited over 1.5 hours, it hadn’t been delivered and the time keep increasing so naturally we called to see what’s going on. The team member who answered was nice, had good customer skills and explained the problem. Which I can completely get, as I’ve managed hospitality in the past. What I can’t get over is, when we were on the phone he asked for advice from his manager. We heard everything that was said, and it was far from professional. Basically saying all this stuff in a moody tone and then saying if we get upset to just hang up on us. Now I don’t think anyone should be getting aggressive with team members as it can be stressful and let’s be honest a lot of the time it’s high schoolers working and trying to learn. But in saying that, there is a way you can go about things which can be valuable skills to have, but teaching team members to have that kind of attitude is really concerning. Nothing bad to do with the guy who took my call but the manager needs to go through some heavily needed training, and maybe learn some compassion? respect? or maybe common sense that the customer can in fact hear you?!
The chips were cold and over saltednThey weren't fresh. Some looked stale. The Burgers were over-sauced with a warm beef patty. It may have been sitting for a while as it was not hot. The onion rings were amazingly fresh hot and tasty as were the chicken nuggets. If the chips were fresh crispy and hot as well as the Burger it would have been worth the money.
