Waited an hour in the car park to receive a raw fkn burger and old brown soggy chips. We had to drive all the way back to show this to the front but ended up having to wait another 30 minutes before anyone came up to us. The service is horrendous.
Cant complain about the service, but sick n tired of my order being wrong. 2nd time now ive asked for a double quarter pounder n they got it wrong 1st time is was a regular quarter pounder, this time though takes the cake - that aint a double quarter pounder, that's a cheeseburger with extra pattie. Thought it odd to receive it in paper n not a box...not happy Jan

Ordered from this store and this is the burgers we got and the chips were cold like they have been sitting there for ages
Poor experience again. No chocolate frappes again. Reason - the machine won't produce the syrup. Funny they offer chocolate thick shakes, chocolate sundaes. Apple crumble muffin was almost frozen. Hot apple pie was cold. I live 1 km away but will drive to Goodna in future.
