If you're wondering about the lettuce shortages. Look no further than my footlong meatball I ordered. If you look closely you can actually tell it's a sandwich underneath and not just a behemoth of shredded lettuce. Pleasant experience overall.

Wouldn't honour voucher that didn't state on it at participating stores. Zero customer service before hand. No greeting and clearly didn't look like they wanted to be there. Last time.
Our subs were fantastic and the staff were great! My one star review is for the lack of air conditioning in the shop. It’s hotter in there then outside and this has been a ongoing issue since it opened. No staff members should have to work in that heat. Get some sun blinds and fix your air conditioning, it’s uncomfortable as a customer I can’t imagine working in there!!

Lack of quality. This is one of, if not the worst subway I’ve been to. Every time I go there I hope that it’s better than the last. Whether it’s poor staff or bad equipment I’m always left with a disappointing feeling after I finish eating. it’s sad to feel this way about the only subway in my town but every time I eat there it feels like I’ve wasted my time and lunch since I only eat out around once every fortnight. Please do better
