While the lady was lovely it was the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Special fried rice had spam chopped up in it and about eight peas. No prawn, chicken, pork, egg. Dim sims were small with a terrible pastry around them and they were just chicken meat rolled up in a ball. It was like the filling you buy to put in sausage rolls except it tasted like chicken. Absolutely nothing else in them. Honey chicken was still pink inside. I spent over $42. Over priced and it all went in the bin. Can’t believe it’s still open after 30 years. Should have gone to the Centreway Fish n Chip shop instead. Food’s always great.

Worst Chinese food I've ever tasted. Combination fried rice had only bacon and peas in it. Beef curry that I specifically asked on phone if had veggies and was told yes, did not. It was slop. 1st time there, never again.
Best ever Chinese takeaway in Lara very tasty and beautiful to look at each container jammed packed with food will always go to Jan’s. Great friendly service always greeted with a smile and excellent English. Pricing is average and happy to pay it for quality hot food. Well done Jan’s.
Lemon chicken, sauce was nice , chicken wasn't the batter in some places had a strong fish taste ,
Terribly sad about our first visit. Ordered Singapore noodles and chicken fried rice. Two basic meals. No vegetables at all in Singapore and not a plesant flavor at all. One mouthful and in the bin it went. Fried rice had peas but still no flavour. Sad to say never going back. Pancakes for dinner tonight.
The best lemon chicken I have ever had and I’ve eaten numerous. Not the cheapest Chinese takeout but the few extra dollars are well worth it for the quality
