Terrible customer service, however, great looking location, everything looked nice and clean.nCame in around 20:20 when the store was quiet, I was the only customer and there was only 1 staff at the front. I was wondering what to eat, taking my time to have a look, the staff did not offer to help, when I asked for help answered with an unpleasant attitude and this continued for the whole interaction. I am normally a pretty easily satisfied customer and I don’t write much review unless it’s really exceptional or really bad. This peaked when I asked her for cookies and what she had available as the cookie display box was empty, she then irritatedly told me to look at the stickers for the flavours.nShe did not ask me if I was going to eat in or take away and ended up giving my order as of above without a bag or even a sticker to keep my sandwich from rolling out of the wrap!nThis makes me wonder if it’s just the person who doesn’t have the interpersonal skills of is it the fault of Subway’s training system!
They put their Pattie’s right down the centre of the bun over the fold so you can’t close the sandwich, have had to pull it a part to eat it. Has happened a few times now, common sense really
We enjoyed our meal. Staff was friendly and overall we had good time in store.
The girl who was working was extremely rude! First she had Uber eats order which was fine, I didn’t say anything but then when’s. Uber eats order came, she did it clearly when I was there before it. Then when it comes to mines, she slowly does it like she’s extremely tired but was so fast with the Uber eats order, clearly when before I was there. Then when it comes to vegetables, one order has least vegetables and then she says 'What sauce do you want on that?' But I said 'maybe can you wait till both of those are done? It will be quicker' which fyi it will, she says 'No it will not be quicker, it’s gonna take longer' but other workers in other locations do it like that way. So when I said extra sauce on those 2 but not one, before she even put sauce she put extra sauce! And then when I was gonna tap my card with Apple Pay, she didn’t put the payment on until I stopped trying waiting. She clearly tried to be annoying. Don’t go to this place unless you want to be mistreated horribly
Indian girl with AirPods in her head talking on a phone call whilst making my sub. I had to repeat myself several times. You’re not in India anymore . Disgusting customer service.
