Very frustrating experience at this Subway. The staff couldn’t understand how to properly wrap the sub, and it fell apart completely. On top of that, they didn’t know how to redeem the loyalty points, which caused unnecessary confusion and delay.nnFor a well-known chain, I expected basic training and smoother service. Instead, the whole process was stressful and unprofessional. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from Subway.
I had lunch at Subway today and was really impressed! The place was very clean and hygienic. The staff were polite and welcoming. A special mention to Ankit — he’s a new guy at the shop but served me very gently and with great manners. Very polite and genuine service. Definitely a pleasant experience!
Came so close to walking out. Single Indian staff member who had no idea what she was doing. Couldn’t understand that because I didn’t want the bread toasted I still want the steak & bacon to be heated in the microwave so I don’t get FOOD POISONING. Incredibly slow and disorganised trying to make both in store orders along with food delivery orders. Shame on the franchise owners and management. Refuse to return to this store.
Absolutely terrible experience with this Subway. We ordered two boxes of veg and non veg subs, and yet again, none of the sandwiches had any sauces despite us complaining about this issue multiple times in the past. To make matters worse, the non-vegetarian box had vegetarian sandwiches, which is completely unacceptable.nnThe owner is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. He clearly has no idea how to run a business, and it’s painfully evident from the consistently poor 3-star reviews this place has received.nTo top it all , after having a word with owner , he blamed everything on his staff without taking any accountability.nnAvoid this location at all costs—it’s not worth the frustration!
GO HERE IF YOU WANT FOOD POISONING Just went in and ordered, the worker put moldy tomato in my salad bowl. When I pointed it out she picked it out, didn't try to replace it with additional tomato and went to continue on. I had to ask for her to start the order again as the mouldy food would have contaminated the food.
