Worst customer service ever. Learn how to do business first before starting a business. Ordered pizza, attended on time that was specified by them, they said they didn't get such an order, came back home, checked and confirmed that the order was gone through and paid, called them again and after I proved to them, I requested for the refund which they agreed to first, then called me again and said the order is being prepared come back and pick up,I said I made the effort and you can either deliver it yourself or refund me back which they refused to do either way. Simply got my money and didn't give me the pizza. If you can't do the job don't steal from people.
We ordered extra-large pizzas, but due to the staff member mishearing, we were given large instead. One of the pizzas was fine, but the other, a supposed "meat-free" option, had several stray bits of ham on it, as well as being dry as a bone. Really hope this was just a bad night for them.
Such a disappointment!! We ordered the Vietnamese chilli chicken which is our regular order….we ordered it last a few months ago and was a disappointment then too … we’ve had the same order from other franchises but never this bad! Crust Doncaster was and is a disappointment yet again … definitely not going to order ever again! The pizzas are dry as hell and the ingredients missing! For the price you pay… it’s just horrible… doesn’t deserve any stars at all
The order was so late and the pizza cold. They just left the food outside and didn't even bother to let us know. They have no idea how to manage the business and just keep saying sorry. Not good enough
Ordered special deal at 4pm ish, and rrquest the meal to be ready at 5:30pm, which i would expect it will be ready on time. However i arrived at the shop at 5:32pm and realized the meal was not even being prepared, finally got food but the pizzas were dry and hard. Cheesecake was like a tiny dumpling, juice from kids meal was forgotten to put in takeaway bag? Seriously if this is cheap dominos i wouldn't write this review but this is doubled price with a similar taste.
Tried the plant-based protein range with added prawns and I must say it tasted quite good.
I wasn't able to download the ingredients list so I called up to ensure my son could eat the pizzas I ordered due to his allergies. I was advised he was fine to eat the ones I wanted. He had a severe allergic reaction and they are lucky he didn't end up in hospital. I would never eat here again as they obviously don't care and just want money.
Pleasant experience having pizzas from this store. Starters to deserts are top-notch, true to it's punchline "Pizza with Passion". Courteous and friendly staff makes it a enjoyable experience. Will visit again...
The staff made me pizza of my choice. Would recommend for pizza lovers in the area.
Pizza was decent but not the best for value option out there. chips not good at all wouldnt recommend. okay experience but better places around
