Service is quite erratic. Sometimes good. Other times terrible. Wouldn't go there if there was another one closer.

Ordered online. Ordered 2 chicken teriyakis and 1 chicken fillet toasted and paid extra for four slices of bacon in one of the teriyakis. Ended up with the two chicken teriyakis being two chicken fillets and the chicken fillet being a chicken teriyaki. And there was no bacon!  Still tasted amazing but disappointing not to get what I ordered. If I wanted to have my order messed up I would have gone to McDonalds.
