A great place for the kids, home away from home. Everything a family would want, special menus for the kids and a huge selection for Mum and Dad.

Story

All the family favourites like our famous Cobb loaf, steaks and Roast of the Day plus a play area for the kids to enjoy themselves and that welcoming Cobb and Co atmosphere that has made our restaurants top choice in family dining since our first restaurant opened in 1973.

Restaurant itself is spacious staff were fantastic and food was amazing
Menu is pretty standard, not too many options to choose from. Food was excellent. Husband loved the blue cod, best he's had in a long timenChicken tenders were excellent, not dried out like most places. Servers were friendly but not overly attentive. Family friendly restaurant with a huge playground for the kids.
We celebrated a lunch for our Mother's 90 birthday with 24 attending.nAbsolutely nothing was a problem. We went earlier to decorate the table, and we had booked lunch for midday, but by the time everyone arrived and chatted it was about 12.30 before we ordered.nThe waitresses were lovely and nothing was a problem. We ordered off the menu and everyone's food came out about the same time!!!The food was lovely.nWe had brought 2 cakes with us that the staff provided cakestands for us.We were there for about 2 1/2 hours and never felt like we were getting
Kids friendly and beautiful atmosphere. Plenty of play area within the restaurant which gives parents a well deserved brake and the theme is great. Food was amazing and friendly staff.
Looks can be deceiving for this place, but it also could be due to us not doing more research. On the outside, Homestead looks like a great restaurant that is quiet and a good place to dine. On the inside, it's a child friendly restaurant with playground, a train track around the walls, a goldfish tank and at this time of year, Halloween decorations. Aside from all that, the food is pretty good with large portions for the mains. The downsides are the staff need to pay a bit more attention to the tables, service was a bit slow at times, the other downside was having kids running around yelling, but with it being a kid friendly restaurant, this is always going to happen. If you want to go here where the food is pretty good value, and the thought of kids running around doesn't put you off, then you may enjoy it. If you'd rather a quieter atmosphere, you may want to go elsewhere.
