Came in to order ham & cheese pizza’s, to be told that if they give the ham & cheese pizza they won’t have enough ham left over for other pizza toppings!!! Like WTH??? that sounds like a you problem not a me problem??? Also showed on the waiting time screen that pizza’s were ready just to be told another 10mins. Useless wont be coming back here!!
Tracking showed it was delivered but wasn't so I called and asked they said sorry we running a bit late , I paid for 2 sides but just received one, and I asked for no ham in the pizza but they still put it in. They are not good in online orders
Ordered pizza at 7:20 and the estimated delivery time was 7:45. Almost half an hour after the delivery time I rung them to figure out what’s going on and they wouldn’t answer finally got through to them and asked where it was and they told me it would be another 10 minutes away! And apparently there shutting at 8 now ?! Nothing the man on the other side of the phone could do. Apparently the driver had left 15 minutes prior to me ringing. Very unhappy with this level of service.
What is going on Dominos. My sister went to order pizza to get delivered to my house which might I add I have done so many times. Only to find out today that you have stopped delivering to the Waikiwi area??????? What the heck why would you just stop delivering to an area and not say anything about why you have stopped delivering to an area. We live in town… so weird…
When I ordered my pizza, they didn't even know what it was. When I opened the box, it wasn't too pleasing to eat. There wasn't enough cheese, chicken or sauce on the pizza I received, I got better pizzas at other branches than this one. It was absolutely cheap I must say.
Undercooked pizza and garlic bread again. Oven needs turned up or longer cooking times. Disappointing because I love a good Mr Wedge. Have expressed this the last two times with online ordering review but never hear back. Giving a 3 star because I’ll still order again on the off chance I’ll get a cooked Mr Wedge one day!
I ordered meal from Domino’s where the estimated delivery time that I would receive my meal would be at 10:50 however, I got the food after 45 minutes from that estimate delivery time and also they charged me almost double for just one pizza $48. The day before, I waited for an hour to receive my meal and ended up not receiving it at all. Even though I got my money back but how careless services they are providing to their customers.
Fairly quick service, the pizzas are very tasty and good money's worth for what you get
Garlic bread was cold and most of it was frozen. I rung up and they delivered a new one and that one was frozen in the middle aswell, the garlic butter was hard so it must have been in the oven all of 1 minute Very very disappointed! Won't be returning there
Usually fine - great delivery driver & decent food as always - but did not deliver the cheesy garlic bread I'd ordered. When I called in, I was told the most they could do was offer me 2 garlic breads for my next order as they were "so busy". That means I'd need to spend an extra $20 at least to get what I paid for. Disappointing. Don't trust them to value your money or your service if you're ordering online. Edit: a month or so later, another $5 of missing food down the drain. Completely untrustworthy, will not be ordering again.
