I regularly go to subway restaurants across Auckland with the work I do and when travelling up and down the country, this is definitely the worse service I’ve had at any Subway restaurant. No care at all by the staff member with spider tattoo on forearm. Ruined both subs I ordered, I had to regretfully go back and order more in hope it would be better nothing else close open for dinner while I waited for my partner to get out of surgery. Honestly just a bad experience altogether. People would come here out of necessity, it has the opportunity to have a much better reputation and offer a better experience to people visiting the hospital in what can be a very hard time. The meatball sub was basically so full of meatball sauce the bread went soggy and was a mess to try eat, had to be thrown away. The falafel sub was missing the falafel, but of a joke really
I think Auckland hospital subway is the worst of all. Ordered a regular chicken teriyaki salad. They filled the bowl with lettuce and told me u would get hit 3thin slices of tomato, cucumber and other salad as well.. added a very little chicken. better to buy something else outside and charged me 10$ ..really not worth having subway
Rather preposterous. The prepared meat to salad ratio was subpar. My mouth flooded with a horrendous flurry of lettuce. I will not stand for this assault upon my mouth. This impropriety left me and my rather unwell partner rendered astonished. Lack of salt and pepper added to this extensive list of disappointments. Be better.
Box did not close for the subway toastie. Inadequate amount of cheese and a surplus of sauce rendered my toastie sour and inedible. Horrific experience for me and my ill partner.
31/05/2022, 5.30pm: My mum ordered a chicken classic salad, and for $9 this is what she received, a lazy portion of the salad. The staff there was in a hurry and too rough making the orders. They just slop it on like it was a food fight.
The salad portions are a joke. Also very poor hygiene. I felt sick shortly after eating their food
Worst customer service,poor food hygiene,and they just risk customers with food poisoning because of thier laziness and poor hand hygiene,not a vegetarian friendly place niether a good place for people who don't eat beef or pork because same gloves used to prepare everyone s subway and sane knife used to cut footlong subway If you tell then to change gloves than see the attitude I wish an undercover food safety personell visits this place ,witnesses all and shuts this place
I ordered 3 x Subs of the Day which was Pork Riblet today for 3 friends. I wanted to see if they were able to keep each one the same...and they did...good work. They were able to toast it and keep up with my many variants of but wanting certain ingredients in it. The only negative was girl with the glasses who was trying to get off her shift at 5pm so she pretended not to see me and served 2 people behind me and then she just left grabbed her bag and left.
Is that just me or anyone else feel the same. Not worthy for money and especially poor customer service by a girl. Not putting proper quantity of meet got roast beef with 4 pieces for 12"Feel rudeness in her voice which makes uncomfortable while ordering from her and when asks for manager she says she is the one. Very horrible.
Amasing! I have been to this subway four times this week and everytime it has been perfect! I love the consistency of their workers. Everytime I have been there, the subs are made with love. Deffinatly the best subway I have had compared to any where else in auckland.
