Highly recommend !! I would like to thank the Italian man as he made a very good coffee and got a great energy. Even when it is busy he can handle everything very well. Definitely going to have my latte from there everyday !!
I love this cafe so much. Even though the dining area is not so big but they have outdoors seatings which is perfect for bright clear sunny weather. Their service was so great. The staffs were knowledgeable and helpful. I had a ham and cheese croissant and a skinny latte, also ordered spinach feta cheese wrap which also tasted awesome. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit here.
Only had a good strong coffee and takeout croissant but chatted with Sash re Naples, his home town. Very affable guy. Will recommend this place.
Very welcoming and the staff are super ! Menu is excellent, the options all sounded amazing so had trouble deciding what to eat! Landed on the roasted veggies and it was amazing, GREAT value for what you get and didn't take long to prepare at all. Coffee is delicious and prepared promptly. Parking available on the side streets so easily accessible - would definitely go back!
Barista serves up a perfect Long Black here. Was amazed at the quality of the food menu as well, slow roasted lamb with chilli scrambled was spot on. Another bonus; the lounge music here was better than some Chapel or Brunswick Street bars.
My first experience with an Australian cafe nearly four years ago, and is still my favourite today! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and always remember my usual coffee order. Their Eggs Benny is to die for! Even going for months at a time without a visit we've moved suburbs, the staff still recognize us and have a great catch up chat. My number one since day one! XOXO
New menu is fantastic. I tried the Avodisiac with mushroom trio & shortcut. Presentation is a work of beautiful art. For lunch they’ve the “Insanity burger” that I’ll be insane not to try next time. As always, superb coffee by the STE crew.
Not great. We arrived at 2.30pm and the female staff member told us curtly that they close in 20 minutes. We asked for coffee, which seemed fine to her, but when we asked for a pre made bacon and egg roll she gave us a big sigh and was quite clearly annoyed, reminding us again that they close in 20 minutes. We changed our order to takeaway as we were clearly not welcome. Such a pity as we've just moved in around the corner and we were hoping for a great place - certainly looks lovely. The coffee is very milky so ask for strong. The roll was a bit dry which is to be expected at 2.30 in the afternoon for pre made food I guess..
Great Cafe. Coffee is great, always welcomed with a warm smile & vibe is good to sit down to do some work too.
Underrated! This place isn't as popular as it should! And that is a good thing for me since I didn't have to wait for 15-20 mins like some other places. The coffee is average, but, the brunch is sublime. This place offers beautiful food with substance. Something different but something tasty. Note that foods here are seasonal.
