A joke of a station. The signage on the jubilee line doesn't work. It'll tell you the next train departs from platform 13, you get on, then 15 leaves. This is constant, daily. How hard is your job? When the Elizabeth line is fully connected in 2 days I'll never have to step foot in this hell hole again. Also the toilets are gross and the staff are lazy. The only redeeming entity is pret and how early it opens. I'll go leave a 5* pret review now. Go to hell Stratford Station.
Accessing platforms is a nightmare and having the Central & Elizabeth lines on the same platform sections with the narrow parts by the yellow lines due to the offices/whatever is incredibly dangerous. Want to access platform 10 from 9…then simply walk all the way towards the Jubilee line and perform a u-turn at the top of the stairs to head back down the one-way section and still have to cut across foot traffic to get onto platform 10 which is only 2 tracks away. Can never get reception at the station even out in the open using EE/iD Mobile which is annoying when trying to check times. Jubilee line is a pain with people trying to push on when the entire train is disembarking. It’s the terminus geniuses…it’s not leaving for 5-10 minutes
On the departure board they say trains a running and that they’re on time but when you go to the platform that’s when you see that trains are delayed and it’s a waste time because you could’ve taken another public transport.
I quiet like this station, it's near the shopping centre and the Stratford market. I love it!
The most misleading/wrong announcement boards in all of tfl. Jubilee line trains never have info, and when they do its 50/50 as to whether its correct or not, making it so unreliable even when it's right you can't trust it. Always smokers hanging around on platforms, never staff dealing with it, yet they spend their times trying to enforce ridiculous and illogical one way systems that cause delays. They really need to sort their service here.
Incredibly busy franken-station made up of old and new sections stuck together. The busiest in London post-covid and it shows. Has in the last 25 years flourished from a simple interchange into a monster complex connecting 4 different rail modes into a huge shopping mall as well as the ever busy Stratford town centre, but with little masterplanning to make it all work together. The lack of cohesion shows in a warren of often cramped passages which don't always go where you think they will. Tiny toilets which are nearly impossible to find, added by London Transport as a sort of apology when the Jubilee Line extension arrived. Avoid and use the ones in Westfield.
Platform 1 & 2 overground service is crape . Driver come in train last minute. People have stay outside standing in the cold in the morning. Train s never on time . Many cancellation. My Tain 5:43 cancelled, next 5:53 cancelled next 5:58 cancelled. I had to wait 22 minutes for 4th train and that was cancelled after 23 minutes waiting. Got a warning from job. These **** don't do there jobs properly and others losing there jobs because of these ******. Wrong information on display. One ***** sitting in cabin doing nothing not helping. I'm very upset because these*** and then they advertise respect our staff. Just want to tell them if you want respect earn it don't just get it. *******S
Followed the signage to walk around Stratford Station to get to Stratford International and got nowhere near it. I had to walk through the Shopping Centre which the signs do not explicitly say to do. I was trying to avoid the Shopping Centre as it's really busy and I had a train to catch, I then missed my train walking around in a whole circle only to end up where I was to start with and had to wait half an hour for the next one. Not helped when you've walked longer than necessary to then not even get a seat. I also tried getting the DLR but because it was so busy couldn't get to the platform in time and the door shut in my face.
Revolting disabled toilets. What's worse is you print your own standards on the back of the door! Everyone of which is broken. Truly revolting.
Platform signage needs to be clearer and simplified. There are no clear signs in how to get to Platform 11 This caused us to miss our train When we finally found a station attendant he explained that we needed to go up to platform 8 and walk all the way to the end and then take the stairs down and walk to 11 which again was not labeled. Very confusing and frustrating Please fix and do better
