I had a few bad experiences here but today was the end. I am pregnant and I had 39 temperature from 2 days and I went there with appointment for 10:15, they told me that I didn’t understand the time over the phone and made me apologise about it. After I apologise, they started lying that my husband went to the practice early and change the time of the appointment. I refused to believe because my husband was with me the whole morning and he will never go and change my appointment. I asked for apologise about the lye but they started confronting me. They made me feel soo bad, I ran out of the practice crying. After I had to wait 30 min with 39 temperature for the appointment, the doctor told me my temperature is completely fine and they send me away. After that I went to the hospital and I am still here because my condition was very bad.
I had a few bad experiences here but now that I've left the area, I know I will miss this surgery. I'd have to say its easy to get an appointment as long as you're ready for the 8am battle. If you can't get an appt with them, they have an out of hours system available for evenings and weekends which makes appts very accessible. Gavin at reception is fantastic. He calls your name like he's a game show host. He will be missed. Take care all!
Can't book an appointment for weeks on end. They tell you that you have to call them every morning to see if there is availability on the day and there isn't. If you call 111 they refer you to the doctors office, once you call the office they refer you back to 111. The office operator also repeats things 4 or 5 times even after you tell him that you tell him that what he is suggesting isn't an actual option. All this doctors office cares about is having you registered with the practice.
The worst experience I ever had. The lady she did not even check me she not even touch me! 2 person went inside before me none of them used mask when I tried to speak and move my mask she said she preferred to keep on my face. the receptionist girl I don’t even want to talk about her I will not going back anymore! They treat you like an animal!
Most welcoming practice in Stratford I can always rely on Gavin to help me as the respect and treatment I receive is fantastic. I have been with this surgery for 15 years.
I’ve only ever had an excellent experience with this surgery. I have always been given a quick appointment, the reception staff are always friendly and helpful, and the doctors I’ve met all have a really warm manner about them. They’ve been quick to diagnose my baby son a few times and have helped to identify resolve something that could have amounted to something quite serious. A lovely new member of the reception staff allowed me a private space to breastfeed in, and the doctors always help me in with all my baby stuff pram etc. I can’t fault them at all - a wonderful team.
I love my GP Practice. Girls from reception are very polite and understandable. My doctor is a good person also, i appreciate them job. Thanks a lot.
I have been with this GP for nearly 25 years, i would not change my doctors for the world! every time I have to attend the practice I leave with a smile on my face and a resolution to my issue. Whenever I call I am always guaranteed an appointment that day and never have to wait. The staff are absolutely fantastic. I would just like to say a special thank you to manager Sherry for all of your support and a massive thank you to nurse Annette for all of your help, patience and caring nature when having appointments with you. We really need more doctors and nurses like this, who really show their love and compassion for patients. Thank you so much Sherry and Annette and thank you Stratford Health Centre.
This has been my and my son medical clinic for 10 years now .Never had any issues they are very quick in giving appointments and the doctors /nurses are always efficient in advise or send you for further Check up .The reception team is polite and always available...Thank you we appreciate you
I called to make an appointment because I have severe pain in the left side of my abdomen and I gave all my information to the receptionist and she told me that the doctor would call me and the doctor never did. Today I called to find out why the doctor did not call me and the receptionist says that he did call me twice which is not true because I have not received any calls and I was waiting all day and that he left me a message and that check my voicemail, but what voicemail if I have not received anything. She then tells me that she doesn't have time to attend to me. Really impressive. I pay my taxes and the service that one requires is not free,It seems that these people are not clear that they are public employees paid with our taxes and they should be kind. Really deplorable
