Stockdale and Leggo Lilydale have managed my property portfolio for a number of years now. In my experience the team are dedicated, the service is very accommodating and in my view the rates are excellent value for money. In particular Jess Fouet from Lilydale Office has gone above and beyond the call of duty many times including making arrangements outside of business hours. I highly recommend S&L..!!

I purchased my investment property from Stockdale and Leggo in 2006 and they have been managing the rental ever since. I could not be more happy with their excellent service. The staff have always found great tenants who have stayed for a good period of time. Jess Fouet, the current Property Manager is amazing, always lovely to talk to and goes over and above to help maintain the property and keep tenants happy, even so far as to chose new carpets and curtains for me!! Thank you Jess and all the team at Stockdale and Leggo.

My husband and I signed up with Stockdale & Leggo Lilydale to purchase our new house (off the plan). After obtaining information on selling our existing house from three separate real estate companies we decided that Stockdale & Leggo Lilydale's strategy, professionalism and enthusiasm suited us best. They continually kept us informed and supported us through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to other purchasers or sellers.
