Emily from the Professionals Lilydale has been our property manager for the last two years and we couldn't ask for anybody better!  We live in a beautiful home and don't have a lot of issues but the moment we need her assistance she acts quickly, professionally and is always reliable.  We are so happy where we live and it's comfortable to know that we have the ongoing support of our property manager who always looks after us as the tenants.  Not only is Emily professional and reliable she is extremely friendly, compassionate and understanding.  We only hope to continue this relationship with Emily and the Professionals team in Lilydale over the coming years. :)

I recommend Mark Custance from The Professionals Lilydale office.
I found him to be warm and friendly in manner and very professional and capable.
When he helped me buy my apartment, I was reassured by his knowledge and expertise, and I felt confident to trust him in all the matters to do with it.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mark to any one who is needing a really good agent.
