Dennis is an excellent communicator, and exposed our property to a broad range of prospective buyers. His is efficient in both contact over the phone and written communication via email. He considered our wishes and promoted the aspects of our home to its best advantage. His manner is personable and professional. We couldn't be more satisfied with how he handled our sale.

Dennis Lim is worth 6 stars out of 5. He came to us via a recommendation. He was always smiling; encouraging and honest with how the marketing campaign was going in a slowing market. If I rang and left a message he would contact me very quickly. The auctioneer, Mark Walsh was great. He told a few jokes and kept the atmosphere light and put the bidders/ audience at ease. He had performed 2 auctions earlier and both were passed in. We felt fortunate that we had experienced agents looking after us. We got the price we wanted but thought impossible! Awesome, experienced staff. We have purchased a property through the Croydon Raywhite and have also have an investment being rented though them. They go above and beyond what is required. Both Elaine Richards And Tamara Lloyd always keep me up to date on anything needed. We recently purchased another investment that was being rented through another agent.
