OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I received a phone call from Tricia about my enquiry about a rental property I was surprised. She showed an interest in our circumstances, and what we were looking for in a rental. And then she later followed up by phone, to let me know of new inspections. This is very uncommon with real estate agent/property managers, with most of them not even replying (except for automated emails). These days it's really nice to talk to an actual human.

I would like to highly recommend Tricia McLean for all you property management needs. Either as a Tenant or Landlord. She’s very professional in every aspect of her job. You need a maintenance request? She’s onto it and gets things done be as soon as humanly possible. Definitely the best property manager I’ve ever had to deal with, with all my years of renting.

I really appreciate what Steve Hatfield done as it is way exceed my expectation. 
When I walked into your Croydon office without any appointment as I just arrived from Darwin.The plan of 15 minute short chat to seek info on renting out a property which I am going to purchase turned out he offered to go together to inspect the property in his company’s car.
On the way back from the inspection, very unlucky I twisted my ankle at Croydon main street area, Steve Hatfield keep accompanying me and obtained ice from nearby cafe and trying to ensure all in order and reluctantly went to his other appointment after I tried hard to assure him that I am ok and can take care of myself.

Such an amazing services which out of my expectation and I walked away with a new caring friend. I felt he and others from Stockdale & Leggo Croydon certainly will taking care of my property well as what he shown in taking care of me when I twisted my ankle after the inspection.

Recently purchased a property in Croydon, friends recommended we use Stocdale and Leggo in Croydon and after shopping around for a bit we were very impressed their Service. We were invited into their office to meet their team, all seemed very impressive but for us Steve Hatfield stood out by a mile.He was courteous, respectful and very well mannered. When it came to managing properties it became very clear Steve was all over it. Our friends who use him assure us he always does the twice yearly inspections, handles all your bills, rates, etc if you want him to and he is extremely knowledgeable in regards to Landlord Insurance. He will give you a great many companies to choose from that are right for your property and what you can afford without being pushy in any way.. .. I highly recommend you give Steve a shot if you're in a similar situation to Tommy and  myself.... Thank you for all you've done for us Steve, much appreciated.... Timmy

A huge bouquet to Catherine Trembath , for everything you did to help my mum find a unit to retire to, she went above & beyond, helping mum to buy the unit. She was a huge support to the daughters trying to help their mother through the very emotional transition from house & large garden to a unit. Mum was difficult at times, in denial about the whole process of downsizing, and Catherine was an amazing support as some times I found the process too hard & was close to giving up. Now mum has moved in I think she will love her new home , thanks from the bottom of our hearts Catherine. Ps mum loved her welcome gift.
