Before I sold my property I did some research on local agents, and narrowed the scope to 2 potential and prominent agents. I met with both agents and I have to say was blown away with Andrew’s presentation, knowledge of the market, history of the area and other aspects that made him by far and away the ONLY agent I could list my property with. During the campaign Andrew was always professional, with a fine balance of being able to work for the vendor and consider various needs and stressors, whilst also considerate to the needs of potential buyers. Andrew has a fabulous demeanour and is easy to talk to making difficult conversations, not that difficult. I highly recommend Andrew to any potential vendor.

I recently bought from Sarah Martini. I am very impressed with her professionalism. I find her very approachable and genuinely trying to help both the seller and the buyer. She will also find time to answer my questions around the property throughout the process. I would recommend her as an real estate agent!

I bought my house from Max Brown Real Estate. I dislike the Real Estate industry in general and the way that most agents behave. I did however find as a buyer the team at Max Brown professional and courteous. If you do have to use an agent then they would be an obvious choice. I also had a disagreement with them regarding the placement of a for sale sign on my property as a neighbor. When they became aware of this the problem was fixed with three hours!
