Started training here a few weeks ago and I love it! It's always challenging but being part of a group makes it more fun and go quicker! Each session feels so different from the next, I never know what I'm going to be in for. It's really nice training outdoors (at least during this time of year) and now the thought of going to my gym is quite dull. Would recommend Step Into Life for all people of all fitness levels, the age ranges vary so much and everyone works to their own capabilities. Highly recommended :)

Had tried Gyms for many years and never stuck to it. But when I stated with Step into Life at Mordialloc, my wife thought it would last a few months....... Well almost 4 years later I'm still training every week. Love the variety and training outdoors. The trainer is Great, always looking out for you and the crew that I train with are such lovely people that have become good friends. Wish I had have found Step into Life years ago...... Its fun being fit again.

I have been going to step into life for over 8 years! Training outdoors is so much better. Group training has allowed me to form new friendships with like minded people who keep me accountable and insure I go to training regularly. I have achieved many personal goals since joining step into life and I can only speak really highly of the support and motivation David gives me. Thanks heaps, David. -- Sharon McRae

Been going to Step into Life Mordialloc for over 6 years. Best exercise group hands down. Love the variety of the classes and training outdoors is the best. I've achieved so much more than if I was at a gym. The trainer is fantastic and I've met such wonderful friends along the way.
