WORST RENTAL AGENCY EVER!! If I could leave negative stars I would! Please do not rent through this agency and owners do not let them manage your property! Complete lack of care and incompetency. Had a flooding issue due to the rain when we first arrived at the property - notified them via email straight away and continued to call and email for three weeks only to have them put off any responsibility!! They said they had notified the owner about the issue and they didn’t. Our “property manager” was always out of the office when we called, and when the receptionist told us she would contact us back but they never did!! They crossed out a comment we left on the report without notifying us, and sent through the Entry Report back to us late. Such a bad experience with them in only three weeks - luckily the owner has switched to a different agency,  and on that same day the new agency had someone come out and assess the issue straight away!! I just can’t stress enough how terrible these people are at their job!! PLEASE DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!!!!

Worst Rental Agents I've Ever Had. In my 9 month lease, I had 3 different agents, all of which were super lazy and clearly not experienced at property management. When I moved in, the how water system didn't work, it took them 10 days to get it fixed. When I asked for maintenance to be done, it either never got done, or took months for them to send a "handy man", and even then I usually had to show him how to fix the issues, or do it myself properly after he did a terrible job of it. On exit, we had a bond cleaner do everything, and they requested all kinds of things to be fixed or redone. They asked for new light bulbs in 3 rooms, when they were all working but one. They asked me to clean off a sticker on a window that had clearly been there for 20 years. They asked me to mow the lawn, when I had done it 2 days prior. And they asked me to clean the carpets cause they smelled, but the smell was from the cleaning products, nothing else. The agent, Maree, couldn't send me the correct invoice for water, lost my phone number, and spelled my name wrong on the invoice. Just a total lack of attention to detail and poor basic communications. I would never recommend this agency to an owner or tenant. If I could leave NO stars review I would.

Lucky and her staff at Wishart did a fantastic job in handling the rental of my home. Would highly recommend Stellario to anyone!

We recently relocated to Adelaide and through a friends recommendation used Sam to rent out our Brisbane home. So glad we did!! Sam was fantastic! What can be a stressful time was made easy. She was extremely efficient, reliable and just knew her stuff. Our house rented within days and it's a relief to know its in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Sam for all your rental needs. Debs.

Recently I bought an investment property in Brisbane, I was incredibly impressed with the level of service I received from Sam. 
Property being slightly old, she suggested some minor improvements and also ways to get them done in a cost effective way.  She organized contractors and everything was done in a very professional and efficient way .With my limited time and knowledge I would have struggled without her assistance. 
With the supply of rentals pushing ahead of demand in Brisbane, she did an amazing job in finding the right tenant. Thank you Sam
