I cannot recommend the property managers at Little highly enough; Jessica is an absolute gem to work with.  After a dubious experience with a previous company, it is an absolute pleasure working with Little's staff.  Communication is always timely and all work  expedited efficiently.  I would like to thank them for their attention to detail and courteous behaviour.

Judith O'Brien is my property manager at Little and I could not ask for a better property manager. She goes above and beyond and is very . I am very happy with how she operates and how timely her service is. Best property manager by far. A fantastic real estate all together👌

By far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Terrible communication, and completely incompetent and useless at doing their job. Absolutely no care for their tenants. After moving out a year ago I am still dealing with problems caused by them not doing their job.  Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT use Little Real Estate. If I could give them 0 stars, believe me I would.

I don't usually write these however i feel compelled to do so due to the exceptional customer service i have experienced Dealing with Little Real Estate Mt Gravatt. Especially Jaclyn. 

Jaclyn has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. At first contact, Jaclyn was so professional it was surprising to me that she was in reception and not a property a manager or agent. I feel very comfortable dealing with Jaclyn for any issues that arise and can trust that they will always be rectified in a swift and professional manner.  

I hope Jaclyn doesn't go anywhere too soon as Little real estate will really be losing an asset and i will be losing a terrific contact.

I want to thank Jessica Wilkins for being the best property manger I have dealt with in a long time. I have rented for 15 years and Jessica handled all my concerns in a professional way, that left feeling looked after as a tenant. Thank you Jessica!
