Always have a fantastic experience here. My mum gets a cut a colour here and is very particular about the colour. They have mum the bets colour match using several L'Oreal products/ colours. They are also extremely accommodating and kind. Mums in a wheelchair and they make her feel very comfortable and accommodate her in every way they can.. friendly atmosphere, professonal staff and fantastic cuts and colours
Had a horrendous experience with a different hair salon in Morayfield shops, that left me in tears. Walked straight from the salon where I had a bad experience, into Stefan at Morayfield, where I had Leila assist me. She was extremely considerate and was more than happy to take the time to fix my botched haircut, even though I didn’t have an appointment and it was late in the afternoon. Thank you so much once again!
I’ve been here 3 times for haircut’s with 3 different hairdressers & I’ve always been happy with the outcome. I got the Deluxe Style Cut & Blow Dry which I highly recommend & Brooklyn was my hairdresser today. I love the job he did on my hair. He transformed it from looking dull, frizzy, overgrown & lifeless to healthy, soft & shiny. I was pleased with the haircut & the styling. The overall experience is quite relaxing too. I have social anxiety so I don’t often feel too comfortable around people I don’t know, but from all my experiences here everyone has always been kind & welcoming so I do feel comfortable coming back & do highly recommend Stefan’s for anybody looking for a salon.

My daughter came in for a consultation for hair extensions and the lady was rude to her. Also making her wait for a longer period all through the consult. Not very professional or welcoming at all. Quoted close to $1400. Got them done else where for $300 less and much better customer service. Always better to go with you're gut instinct.
Had a little bit of a wait but the stylist did a wonderful job with my hair.
At 11.15am i filled out a short questionaire at the desk then seated. I was looked after by Amber. She wrote up and planned out what she was going to do with my hair. I explained what i wanted and emphasized that i needed to be out at 1.30pm. I received a pre dry cut, wash, treatment, massage, blow dry, straightening iron cant remember the girls name and layered cut with serum to finish and products purchased as part of my hair plan. I was out of the salon just before 1.30pm. Looking absolutely fantastic! My hair feels healthier and lighter in weight!! I have incredibly thick hair. So i understand the challenge. I watched customers enter looking average but leaving styled up and 'go out' ready. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
Great experience. Went in with nothing much idea of what I wanted just had a picture of a possible option. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. Eliza did my hair. She remained highly professional and polite throughout the busy time in which I was there. All staff worked well together to ensure each customer was looked after appropriately. Definitely recommend this salon.
