WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!!  Worst experience I have ever had with any business. After convincing me to purchase an alternative product to the one I requested (that their own skin analysis had said I need) the so-called manager (with 2 months experience!) refused to exchange it after my skin suffered a terrible reaction to it. It took me at least 8 phone calls simply to get the manager to speak to me, she then told me it was the area managers decision, not hers. On a subsequent phone call she admitted that SHE HAD LIED and it was her decision not to exchange the product and that I should "just suck it up." After such rudeness on the phone I stopped in to the salon to speak to her on several occasions, each time her staff saying she was with a client. The final time I tried to see her, I was told she was absent, but later saw her scuttle into the back of the salon when I walked past to return to my car after shopping.  Just avoid the hassle and steer clear of this business, the managers behaviour is unbelievable and reflects on the whole salon as being very, very dodgy.
