I would like to say how happy I am with Hair and Beauty. It is so hard to find a hairdresser who know how to cut fine hair.. I had my eye brows waxed here and the mananger was the one to do them. Well she waxed my eyebrows off. When I got my mum to talk to them about it. The manager spoke back to me and my mum in a horrible way and then I asked for my money back she replied with “ we don’t do refunds “. She was very rude and didn’t acknowledge that her customers were not happy with what she had done. Unfortunately I didn’t get time to catch her name before she asked my mum and I to leave the shop. I was very upset and will not be going there again. I recommend not going there at all. Thanks ebony

I went in looking to book an appointment with my favourite hairdresser and was shocked to find out that she was fired for no reason. Will not be going back after hearing about such poor management.

They have a tablet at the front where you put in your details and they then text you when its almost your turn. I ended up quickly taking my daughter to the toilet and they put the people that came after me before me? No text nothing. So no point in that tablet!  She said to me sometimes it will message you and other times it wont. Pssh! Wont be back!
