Don’t do it. Left me waiting for ages then didn’t remember what I was in for - they asked me several times. Then.. took the top right off one eyebrow in a wax! She didn’t even apologise or see that it was an issue. She tried fixing it but you can’t fix problems like this... I’m so furious. Even the cut was just rushed and chop chop chop. 😡

Got my hair cut and coloured by the lovely new lady that works there and she was amazing!

Poor customer service and cut wasn't that great either... I went here for the first time again on years and it's gone down hill, customer service is key to any successful business.
