My wife was given a $300 gift card to get her hair done and they butchered it. She asked for balyage and some layers... 6 hours later they were "finished" and only the ends of her hair had been dyed and they didn't even cut it! When I picked her up she was so disappointed. She called them up and they said to come back in the following day to "fix it"... After another 5 hours sitting in the chair waiting for the "stylist" to actually do something, she comes back out looking like they dipped half of hair in bleach! 11 hours in two sittings and they gave her what looked like a Picasso version of ombre and still NO LAYERS! It was an absolute mess and she was completely devastated. Not only did these idiots not listen to a SINGLE WORD SHE SAID, but they wasted our time and $300!!! AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGISE! They were so busy talking about their pathetic little lives, whining about customers and going for countless breaks, they not only ruined my wife's hair but lost countless potential customers who came in and left after waiting for any kind of attention! Seriously, a BLIND, DEAF MONKEY with no hands and severe BRAIN DAMAGE would not only deliver better customer service but also infitely better quality haircuts! Even if Stefan himself came to our house offering our money back and apologising profusely, we would still never EVER go back to the ridiculously run, insane asylum full of morons.
