This place is a little mixed with my review. I have had many visits with many different experiences. Some good, some not so good. The girls here are quite pleasant however, they sometimes seem to rush with the actual treatment itself. The pricing is reasonable. And if I could offer a suggestion... screens in the rooms. Just to give some privacy when the door is opened. On my most recent visit, there is a new member of staff a young man and he was fantastic, very informative, attentive and is up there in regards to one of the best treatments I have had at this store. Overall though, I will be back...

As a previous laser therapist I was disappointed when my hairs didn't fall out, I came back in and expressed my treatment wasn't effective, they mentioned it must be because my hairs were light. I showed one of the girls my hairs were dark, and if anything my hair grew back alot quicker than it normally would, they then expressed that they wont fix the mistake. poor customer service and complaint handling - I would not recommend going here unless you want more hair than what you had before

Have been coming here for six years to see Anna. Today I change my mind about this place. I just spoke to a young lady on the phone. She was so rude it wasn't funny. Her name was Bec and she says that she was new to the clinic.I was honestly so unimpressed with how she spoke. Absolutely disgusting service, before this, I was very happy with this clinic and had been a repeat customer for many years More than 5 but i've decided I'm not being spoken to like that. A couple of my friends think the same thing about this clinic but ive never had a problem  until today. Shame on you Bec.

Booked an appointment for 10 full body sessions and discussed my skin etc over the phone.  Confirmed again then took time off work, shaved etc only to be told the machine is booked out and next suitable time is a month away.  Seriously an absolute lack of care and lost any business.

Had treatment done multiple times by a young girl called Kayla. Very professional and friendly. Always makes me feel comfortable and a good laugh especially when being exposed as a woman. Will keep coming back

I’ve been coming to Laser Clinics Sunshine Plaza for many years. I’ve always been extremely satisfied with the service and results of my treatment. The staff are super friendly and courteous and know their stuff! I highly recommend the clinic!

I went to Laser Clinics in sunshine plaza for hair removal sessions, the operator spend less than 10 minutes for the whole legs and some other areas. I was surprised how she could cover all parts of my skin with this fast pace. I didn't see any result after more than month and I called them and complained about how she was quick and the manager just offered me 50% discount. But why I should have paid another $150 for the very poor quality. Again I called them to repeat my session and they said it not my fault. It is because of your hormones. Good excuse to hide your mistakes. It was an absolute waste of money.Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal

I'm not coming back to this clinic, today was the second time they want to cancel or do half of the treatment for because I was 5' late. I was actually 7 minutes late. I visited this clinic for the last 2 years regularly and I had been waiting even up to 20' for them to be ready for my appointment. But when it comes to the customer been late there is cero undestanding. Treatments are rushed and sometimes careless. I worked as a beautician for close to 20 years and never treated a customer like that. With the amount of clinics around doing the same services why bothering with them. I'm not a serial complainer, I'm truly shocked with they way they treated me as a loyal customer. This never happened to me in any other Laser Clinic I visited, so must be the culture of this franchise.Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal

I've been getting laser hair removal at Laser Clinics since February. I've had a different girl do the treatments and each lady is just as warm, welcoming, and friendly as the last! Couldn't recommend them enough, the treatments work, pricing is reasonable, and customer service is top notch.
