Ladies in there are lovely & super helpful every time I've been there. Great quality stuff & pricey but what isn't pricey. Everything cost wise has gone up. Doing my Daught's hair this wkd I'll put sum pix up of the things I brought & her hair after ive done the colors.
Every time I go into this store I get attacked. They come at me from the sides, then from above and then from below. I always manage to escape unharmed, but often they force you to buy something in return for your freedom.
I usually get really good advice here, but I went in a few days ago because I wanted to dye my medium blonde hair light blonde. I was not at all interested in getting my hair done professionally, I had picked the colour I wanted, but was told by two of the ladies that those dyes won’t make any difference to my hair, won’t lighten my hair at all, and that I would have to spend $400+ getting it professionally dyed at least twice for it to be anywhere near a light blonde/platinum. I ignored their advice, bought the products anyway and achieved my light blonde/almost platinum hair in one easy application at home and for less than $20!!.. I was disappointed that they were just trying to up-sell me and seriously, saying bleach won’t lighten my hair? If you’re going to lie, at least make it believable. So disappointed, since I usually come here often, as I’m always changing my hair colour and I’ve usually gotten the best advice!
