Went for a haircut, I have a bob with undercut. The undercut was done in two strokes resulting in big sections of hair being missed. Bits of my fringe were missed and hair was straightened in two chunks in about three seconds, I do a more thorough job at home. No time was taken, no care, no consultation, I could have gotten better service at Just Cuts. Really disappointed
I went to elenbi before to get my hair lightened a month ago for a my birthday and I got lovely results. So I decided to go in again to get my hair lightened again for my formal. I asked for a balayage and knew my standards of how light my hair could get were low. I just specifically wanted a certain blend but I was told by the hair dresser that I should do a certain root shadow. I trusted the hair dresser because she was suppose to be a professional. Three hours later I had a line across my head separating the brown from the blonde and my “root” down to the middle of my face. This was poor effort so I came back in asking for a refund. They told me I couldn’t get a full refund until I let them try again. So I said yes and asked for foils to lights the brown root to make the blonde higher up. They declined that service because they believed it would dry my hair. I understood that except for the fact that you can leave ends of hair out of foils. So through all the stubborn advice for me I decided to decline the free service and got my refund instead. From what was a $310 service I got an $80 refund. Very disappointed.Service: Hair coloring

I visited Elenbi today just for some advice on hair products. I can't remember the girls name, young girl, dark/black hair but she was fabulous. I told her I already had a litre bottle of both shampoo and conditioner to use, but her advice was terrific. I was looking at products for blonde hair. She gave me a sample and I will definitely go back there to purchase products
