I was booked to be a training model for a long layered cut. When I arrived I was seated, and about 10 minutes later told the lead stylist wouldn’t have time to supervise the cut after all. It was quite frustrating as I had a big event to go to the next morning and was in need of this haircut! The attitude of the staff was as though I was in the wrong and I left feeling very unvalued. The situation would have been much better if they’d contacted me earlier so I had time to make an appointment elsewhere rather than leaving me hanging with zero warning. I understand schedules change, but I will not be returning due to the poor customer service.
i made an appointment to correct discolouration and they suggested doing something to make it all match better. I agreed not sure what they were meaning. I just wanted the roots to match my ash blonde ends. they were happy to send me away with a full centimetre of bright white roots, and my hair was bleach yellow blonde instead of a darker ash colour as i requested. I then had to go and correct the colour myself later. they also burned my scalp to the point that it is now completely crusted and bleeding in places. Not happy for the excessive amount i paid.
Brooke is really lovely and does my hair really well. Hair products smell amazing

I got my hair cut by Anna. It’s my absolute favourite hair cut i’ve ever gotten. She gave my hair life again more body and volume. Thank you so much.
Went in for a wash and blow dry, the young lady in there Anna, was very good and so gentle which I really appreciate. If I am travelling and need a style I always go to a Stefan, it doesn't matter where you go, the ladies are consistently brilliant.
Had a really lovely experience for my sons first hair cut. The staff were all so lovely and patient.

Had a fantastic experience at Stefan today. They listened and provided professional advice on what was achievable. I came out with better hair than I walked in with. What's not to like!
