Had a great experience Chiaki today. She styled my sons wayward hair but kept the length he wanted then did an amazing job on my own hair. We discussed what I was after and she made some suggestions to match my face shape and encouraged me to take a leap and try having tracks. I’ve always wanted them but never had them. She did an absolutely amazing job and I love my new style so much. She suggested I coloured my bleach blonde hair where the tracks are they stand out more, I had planned on colouring anyway so it was perfect timing. Chiaki has been cutting my hair for many many years easily 5+ years followed her to the new store in the new part of grand central, couldn’t ask for a better cut. Chiaki has always been so kind, friendly and professional. If that doesn’t convince you I moved away from Toowoomba every time I am back in town I make time just to get a cut.

Just cuts helped me with going to another hairdresser and looking horrible walking out so unhappy with my hair. So I walked in and they helped me get it fixed into a better hairstyle and walking out so much happier then when I walked in I want to say a big thank you for the help.
