I went for a set of acrylics as I have my anniversary with my boyfriend coming up, and I was charged $90 for a design I showed the staff which shouldn’t have been more than $70. I had to pay before getting my nails done and I was tight for time so I couldn’t go walking around looking for another place that could fit me in. I do like the outcome of my nails, as I wouldn’t say I’m picky. But some aren’t filed neatly despite me asking them to file them more. Some of the polish hasn’t been pressed down enough so my nails look clumpy in places, and overall I’d say a better job could’ve been done.
The nails are were very low quality - one of the nails fell off right before she finished and it had to be redone. I paid $65 for nails that lasted only a week before all of them fell off I do not do any activities that would make them fall off. When I asked for a refund I was refused and when I was put on the phone with the owner/manager he just said no and hung up. I asked for lavender nails and they gave me a baby pink colour. I do not recommend this place and am very disappointed with the service.Service: Acrylic nails
Very UNPROFESSIONAL I asked for an infill which is only supposed to be $55-$60 and then she cuts my old nails off and goes $85, when I asked for them to be shorter and not longer, and also got nail polish on my skin around my nails. They were also on their phones while sitting in front of me and checking their Apple Watches for messages, she also burnt my skin on one of my fingers. Certainly don’t recommendService: Nail designs
100% not recommended. charge an arm and a leg. very UNprofessional. rude. playing on phones. rough. was even going to leave my old polish on my toe nails and paint over them. wasn’t happy wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. bad experience honestly don’t know how the business is still going with not even a 2 star review
Rude staff Really bad job done on my nails. I had to tell the girl a couple of times to get rid of the remaining shellac on my nail before she started to put on new polish Said I was going to be charge $30 only cash that day then I went to pay and they said it was $35 , i complained and they said ok buy didn’t even look at my face or apology for the inconvenience.
There was no interaction made from the girls there. Very aggressive when handling my hands. Was constantly on her phone. Had to go home and re file the corners. And repaint the sides of the mail due to her filing the sides of my snails after painting them.Service: Nail designs
I just wasted my money for a deluxe spa pedicure! It's not really worth it. I dunno if the guy who cleaned my nails is lazy or doesn't want his job. Terrible!Service: Pedicure
Manicure with shellac $45 on the price board. After the lady removed my nail polish she told me the price will be $55, After she had me wait 20 mins. Seems this is a regular occurrence after reading other reviews. Not Impressed with the time or attention that she put into the application, i can see the edges are not going to last - i pointed one out and she immediately said something in her language to her co worker. The finish is lumpy. Im I'll be amazed if it lasts 2 weeks. Wont be returning.Service: Manicure
