Approaching my third year with laser clinics and I am constantly amazed by the results of the various services and treatments. Amanda the owner is wonderful with all customers and has the best staff going. All staff too many to name personally are professional, respectful and always make you feel great and are supportive of your goals regarding treatments at laser clinics. Whether it be laser hair removal or injectable treatments you are always in good hands here especially with Mel she is so gentle and kind. Love, love, love being a happy customer here as I never leave disappointed. Thank you so much!
Went in for my first botox In august. Repeatedly had issues where I had to have 4 top ups over the course of 2 months. I top up was in actual fact a whole second injection set in the same area and only half the area worked. The amount I was charged was ridiculous. Just under 2000 in total. I had my doubts it was being done correctly and when I spoke to whom I presume was the owner I had so many excuses. "Oh you metabolise it fast" "most men require way more" "disport takes 2 weeks to work".disport does not take 2 weeks to take that long due to how it disperses I understand people can metabolise it fast and men require more but I have gone elsewhere. Had it done for half the price. The amount they injected actually felt like what they said they were going to rather then an in out. within only 24hours from a new clinic I am feeling and seeing it starting to take action like it should have in the first place .This is what I was told to expect feeling wise when received botox. Not wondering why i could still move everything after every 2 week interval of waiting.the customer service is terrible but they are more then happy to keep taking your money with no apology just excuse after excuse. Absolutely appalled by the service I received. Consumer beware. I have never wanted to leave a bad review for a place like this but this has been such a daunting experience people really need to know since the owner doesn't really want to take any responsibility! !EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY! no not every effort was made. What you did was give every blanket excuse possible and it was evident that what you were doing was not working each time I was told it would. Funny that you say this yet at a new place within only 4 days the results you promised are showing. Bad form and a back handed apology.!
The staff here are completely unprofessional and rude. Thank God silk has opened in Grand Central and I’ve moved there. Laser clinic staff act like they are doing you a favour when you go to the appointments despite me paying hundreds of dollars and they don’t do a very good job. If I could I would give 0 stars. First time trying a new dermal injector and I can honestly say amazing results. Mel is extremely experienced and very gentle. I will definitely be going back. Oh and another positive, they didn’t try to push their products onto me. Well done
Great knowledgeable staff who make you feel at ease regardless of what you are having done . My face has never looked better since going there and after laser hair removal I threw my razors away
Never see a good results after 6 treatments LHR. Not recommended you will keep pay money
I absolutely love coming here, the staff are wonderful, friendly and supportive, the owner Amanda is amazing and always remembers me by name, and considering how many people they see everyday, this is really important to me. The manage Jacqui is incredible and always makes time for a quick chat, she always asks me about my daily life and is genuine and kind. I see Jodie regularly and she is just the kindest and nicest person, she takes care of all my laser needs and I couldn't be happier. Every single time I come here for an appointment, I leave feeling fulfilled emotionally, its so rare to find such a wonderful business where everyone working there that I have interacted with, have treated me with respect, love and kindness. I feel validated and supported, and I love being a customer for this great company.
Completely bogus. Covered in bruises for 4 weeks and product wearing of 3 weeks short of 2 months. Expensive waste of money. I have shared my experience to many as people wondered why I was so bruised! Numerous attempts at being fair and contact. Yes ladies are lovely but broken needle and 2 weeks all up results. Absolute truth. Now wait for response...
I came into the centre very nervous and a little unsure of what exactly I needed done. I was initially booked in for a laser treatment to help tighten my stomach skin after pregnancies but with the consultation my technician suggested alternative procedures that would better suit what I wanted to achieve. She made me fee extremely comfortable and spent more than the allotted time to ensure I was going to get the best treatment plan possible. I am now coming in again for the next stage of treatment, I highly recommend you come in just to even have a consultation with the ladies as they are all so wonderfully helpful!
I visited this clinic last week and it was the best experience so far after visiting the branch in other locations. The results on my skin were always so good but this time the difference was the staff, they were very kind and helpful with my last minute appointment.
