I decided to treat myself today 16/03/2022 and thought it would be nice to go and get myself a set of nails done tips. The lady who did my nails made genuine conversation with me which wasn’t an issue but was trying to bend and twist my fingers and hand in all different directions to file my nails on different angles?? Then asked if she was hurting me. They all spoke in their language and were looking at customers while laughing as if they were making rude comments about them. I requested my nails were cut shorter due to work requirements but she seemed to refuse doing my nails at all when I kept asking her to cut them back. The colour I chose was fine, the shape of my nails are wacky and just look like they have been filed awkwardly, every edge is super pointy and there was just no effort at all put in. They charge a fortune for such poor work. You could tell they weren’t making enough money because the lady who was doing my nails was trying to encourage me to get a pedicure at the same time as my nails! Shame on you Beauty Stop.
So nice and caring, friendly and easy to talk too. As soon as I walked in they sat me down and got started on what I wanted. They did exactly what I wanted. My nails lasted a long time and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend :
It was ok in that they did a good job with my nails but one of the guys kept coming over and kissing the girl that was doing my nails...its like I didn't exist... it was just freakin weird and uncomfortable. I probs won't go back because of it unless I'm desperate. Nails look great but.
I've been a customer for two years now and find the staff and their work without fault, I won't go anywhere else. They even helped me when I had well and truly damaged two nail beds after getting my fingers stuck in a truck door, I believe without their advice and help the 2 affected nails would have taken much longer to heal.
Finally found a great nail salon in Toowoomba since moving here 6 months ago, the finish on my nails is the best it's been in a longtime. Every one of the staff members is really friendly & accommodating, they squeezed me in on a busy day with minimal waiting.
