Don't bother going to this so called inclusive community health centre because they will deny you your basic right to access a doctor if you miss two non consecutive appointments with them. Cohealth will treat you better. I'd give them less than a star if possible.

I see Dr Belinda McDonand and she is the most caring, compassionate and professional Doctor I have ever had! The Receptionists are always polite and helpful and I can not recommend Star health highly enough! Regards Michelle

I am quite ok with my GP but everytime i want to book an appointment in it take at least 2 weeks to get one 😬 like i am sorry, but i don't know 2weeks in advance that i am gonna be sick. I did have had surgery last week and needed to get my stitches out ...she litterly tod me its gonna be 2weeks ...(already had my surgery 4 days ago ) so i defo can't wait that long !! Of course you want to have your own GP which you trust the most.😓 and everytimes i have to go somewhere else... and the lady on the phone was super rude as well! Srly something has to change !

***Unprofessional & Unethical *** I called ahead to confirm that the centre could assist with a bulk-billed medical certificate that I am required to have for work and they confirmed that this was OK so I made an appointment. Upon meeting with the doctor, I was told that the cost would be $300! I explained that this was discussed when the appointment was made and that it is a simple medical assessment (Blood pressure etc). I then said that I would not proceed due to the $300 fee. The Doctor then said "Why dont we meet half way and I charge $150". This is absolutely outrageous and unethical. I have paid Medicare rebate for over 20 years along with private health insurance and to be charged $300 for a simple medical check-up is disgusting. I have no children, no medical issues and I never use any healthcare/hospital services.
