This has been my go to pharmacy for a couple of years now. The service is friendly, professional and personalised. The pharmacist knows me and remembers my regular meds. The sales team are helpful and friendly. I feel known and well-cared for, which is fantastic when dealing with part of your health team. I even get free weekly deliveries. Thanks guys - you make having a long term condition much easier!

Cannot recommend and praise the staff at the Caloundra Star Discount Chemist enough. They have gone out of their way to ensure that our mother had access to her medication safely, going above and beyond with their help.

Ancia is incredible! She always goes the extra mile for our family! She is so knowledgeable and thoughtful. She is never too busy. She makes the store what it is! Awesome!

The staff were really pleasant to talk to and the female pharmacist was really helpful and informed me how to use my medication . No other pharmacy has explained this to me before. Highly recommended .

Wasting my time for a script I was told will be in by the afternoon.  The next day I went to collect my script and was told they don't have it and are happy to re order it on a Friday , so won't get it till Monday afternoon.  This was after waiting 20 minutes. For a new upgraded location I wouldn't be recommending or using this chemist again considering I walk pass there everyday

Thomas is the best pharmacist around, real understanding and no stigma here. He remembers my name and usually my scripts just seeing me in the store, Reminds me of a small country town pharmacist. Customer service that is just rare to get anymore
