Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Asked them to fax my script across to another pharmacy HOURS in advance before they close. On my way to the pharmacy they were supposed to fax it through to, I called to check it had arrived. It hadnt so I called back and asked them to fax again only to have Kerry refuse to send it due to a new policy they had made up that day that they wouldn't fax scripts from pharmacy to pharmacy. I tell her there isn't about time for me to get to her pharmacy and I am going away for Christmas so couldn't pick it up could she please make an exception considering her staff had agreed to do it. NO ONE had called me later on to say sorry can't do it. Not only did she refuse to help me but she also hung up on me twice. She had a pathetic attitude from the start, clearly had no interest in making up for the mistake of the other staff member who she clearly had not informed of the new rule.

Always really helpful and honest.

The pharmacists and the people behind the counter have always taken heaps of time to help out.

They even helped me back to my car after buying a new cane after leg surgery.

Waiting for meds to be dispenced for 30 minutes for a terminaly ill person in his final days. 'The robot is not working' was an excuse and the staff doesnt know how to dispence medication without the robot... would never get the meds from here again..

I had the most DISGUSTING experience at this chemmart tonight at approximately 520pm. 
I chose to do my business with a local business in which we have PLENTY of times before spent $100's.. To be treated the way i was tonight was absolutely appalling i need to get 2 scripts filled 1 for me 1 for my partner the medication i was getting filled was rather  expensive so i asked if they would price match with chemist warehouse  (in which they have done before without any problems) i advised the male pharmacist i had just gotten out of hospital today and they suggested i ask the same question if i couldn't get to a discount chemist..  The male pharmacist was liaising with a female pharmacist who in clear veiw of me was rolling her eyes and shacking her head, really fantastic customer service... NOT?! 
I ended up saying if its too much hassle dont bother ill just take my script back and go to chemist warehouse...
Point of my story i was trying to support a local business instead of taking my business to a big franchise only 10 more minutes down the road, also my fact is i shouldnt of had to of gone 10 more minutes down the road in the state i was in and i also firmly believe that was the pharmacist's duty of care, with the information he was given. 
I will or nor will any of my family be spending a cent at this pharmacy again i am highly disappointed in the lack of care for your customer.
