I asked them for the price of their basic wash for a sedan and they told me $59. I then commented that they advertise sedan car washes for $39 and the staff member said "yes okay we can do it for that price". I then took him over to my car and showed him bird droppings and insects which had dirtied the car and I said I primarily want you to get these off. The staff member then proceeded to tell me if I got the $39 wash that there was no guarantee the marks would be removed and I would need to pay $59. I told him not to worry about it and tried to leave and then he told  me to come back and if I paid $55 he would guarantee that its clean. When I picked up the car I noticed that it was parked in the dark so I used the torch on my phone to check over it and there were still insects stuck to it and the whole front of the car hadn't been cleaned properly. I will not be using them again. This is the second bad experience I've had with this business. No more chances...

Too focused on upselling while doing the job badly with limited attention to detail

Doesn't matter how polite people are. I paid for a job to be done and it wasn't. Very disappointing. I went to a hand cash wash because I was sure they'd do a better job then an automatic one. I left and am on my way to an auto wash now. 

You get what you paid for and their prices are low.

Had the basic car wash for the outside. Was done very well although it did take a while. The staff were pleasant
