Car was handed to me dirtier than I had it after $35 and 40 min later. Car wasnt dry and their response was that the water keeps on getting splashed by other crews washing cars so cant be dried. Water marks everywhere knee below panels hasnt been touched and was full of dust I could write on it. Best of all, inside part of the window had sticky tape marks all over due to their system of sticking their job details on it. When I asked for it to be cleaned off, I was told I didnt pay for the inside to be cleaned therefore they wont. Instead asked to pay $10 additional fee to clean the mess they created. Spoke to the manager and complained about the whole service and his words were, "its because your car was dirty when it came in". Hello....! You are a car wash joint. Car gets cleaned here! Photos attached. Beware. Dont use this place. I went back home and washed the car again myself. BTW, they refused to give money back saying that I dont appreciate his crew working on such a hot day. Absolute joke!!!!
Just spent $170 on a car detail including wax & polish . The place was empty when I arrived. 5 men sitting around doing nothing yet it still took them 50 minutes to do the job . The result was ordinary . Cloudy smudges were left on the duco. When I got home I found a dirty wet old rag on the seat which they left behind and two cigarette buts in the ash tray had not been removed see photos . The manager should scrutinize each car for quality control before its handed over to the customer.The free cup of capuccino presented by a young friendly lady was the only good thing . A $40 wash and vacuum is the best value here. My local Honda dealer does a free detail with each service which is far superior to what I received at Blanc Noire .
The 'free' coffee was below average. But, very impressed with the car wash. Great job, done in a timely fashion. Nice service. I will definitely be back.
Do be discouraged about the appearence. You will be very happy with the results. I mentioned that your quality is so high, but you need to tidy the place a little to match your finished product. I drop in about every 3 months after my northern work trip. Thank you
Wouldn't recommend for anyone to go here. I paid $40 and waited for close to an hour to be given my car back with the carpets not vacuumed well, the console not cleaned and a sticky mark on my seats that wasn't there previously. I understand that you can never really have a car cleaned 100% however the job was so bad that when I got home, I had to clean it again. Definitely wouldn't come back here.
Not a bad car wash but always grotty and untidy so stopped going there. Surely one little strip of lawn out the front could be trimmed and mowed. Place looks totally neglected. When you drive in there can be 6 guys sitting around doing nothing and rubbish and dirty rags everywhere. Surely if quiet they could tidy up. Spruce the place up and you will get more business.
Pretty poor wash for the cost. I've taken 4 different vehicles here sporadically since they opened and I've never been impressed with the results. Recently took a car in that had only been on the road 3 weeks, they charged me for the "bug clean" and the car was still covered in bugs afterwards. I got it cleaner myself with a rag and 5 minutes effort. If they can't clean it off by pointing the pressure washer at it then its staying dirty. My new car still needs washing after taking it to Blanc Noir. Take a van in and the roof isn't even touched. Wash your own car, make your own "free coffee" and take yourself for a nice meal in your nice clean car with the money you've saved!
Very poor service, car still has dirts everywhere, I returned home to wash my car myself , not recommended, waste of money.
Very relaxed and almost casual approach h to car valeting, was not busy when I called in , about 4 cars all up , two in front of me , one later arrival, somehow everyone got washed and finished before me, not sure how as all seemed to be. Leaned inside and out,. Provide the obligatory coffee while you wait , car cleanish but not really sparkling I expected much h better for $45.00
