Terrible service, they did not provide my contact details to airlines, they lost a 667AUD eurail pass, a 30AUD ISIC card and a 2000AUD contiki ticket.  Some of these things I still don't have and they provide no help in getting them.  Don't use STA travel - they take your money and then loose it for you.

The staff at this store were incredibly helpful and gave me a tonne of options for booking my trip to Europe next year. I walked away happy with the service and will definitely be booking with STA Melbourne Uni in future.
